We offer quick turn-times with our appraisal services. If the appraisal is not ordered through an Appraisal Management Company or a financial institution, the policy at Advanced Appraisals is to collect the appropriate fee prior to delivering the report. We do accept Cash, Check or Credit Card. Payment can be at the time of the inspection, or pay online with a credit card,  or you can also mail a check.
